The deal between you and Jack.

1. Who can use Jack

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. By creating an account you confirm that, and you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and your details accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account; no sharing or reselling access.

3. Plans, trial, and billing

Trial. New accounts get 7 days and up to 50 chats free, whichever comes first. A card is required to start. We email you on day 6. On day 8 your chosen plan starts and bills automatically unless you cancel first. If you use all 50 chats before day 7, you can start your plan early or wait.

Plans. Opener (50 chats a month), Closer (100), Legend (300), billed monthly or yearly. A chat is one message you send to Jack. Chats reset on your billing date and don't roll over. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice by email; changes apply at your next renewal.

Upgrades and downgrades. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate what you've already paid. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

App stores. If you subscribe through Apple or Google, their billing terms and refund rules apply to that subscription.

4. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel anytime from Profile → Plan, or from your app store. You keep access until the end of the paid period. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or where we've made a mistake. If we failed you, email jack@wingmanjack.com and a human will read it.

5. Using Jack responsibly

Jack exists to make you better at honest connection. Don't use it to harass, stalk, threaten, or deceive anyone; to impersonate someone; to pursue anyone under 18; to send sexual content to someone who hasn't asked for it; to break another platform's rules; or to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service. Only upload screenshots you have the right to share. Breaking this section gets your account closed without a refund.

6. Your content

Your screenshots, messages, and profile stay yours. You give us a limited license to store and process them to run Jack for you, and, unless you turn "Help improve Jack" off, to let our coaches review text exchanges and adapt them, anonymised, into Jack's coaching examples. Screenshots and photos are never reused that way. Jack's replies are yours to use however you like; we don't claim them.

7. What Jack is and isn't

Jack is AI-generated coaching built on real coaching experience. It can be wrong, misread a situation, or suggest something that doesn't land. You choose what to send. Jack is not therapy, medical, legal, or safety advice, and no result (a reply, a date, a relationship) is promised. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services.

8. Our stuff

The Jack name, the angel, the wordmark, the app, the coaching library, and everything else we built belong to [Company legal name]. Use the app as intended; don't copy it.

9. Liability

Jack is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Ending things

You can close your account anytime in Profile → Account; your data is erased as described in the Privacy Policy. We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law says we can't.

11. Disputes, changes, contact
